Julia joined LSKS after receiving her Masters of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University School of Law, where she concentrated on media litigation, intellectual property and national security law. While studying at Columbia, Julia interned in the United Nations' International Justice Program with Human Rights Watch. Julia previously worked as a solicitor at the Australian-based law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney, where she was a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Media law group. Her practice there focused on representing and counseling clients concerning defamation, intellectual property, and other content-related matters.
